I thought the heart message was serious but, without details it’s all just speculation. But, hey, some religions are based on less real information then that.

I sorta thought it was serious enough to warrant a lifestyle change of major proportions, but the comments he got on that post, geesh... Sorry guys, I think most of you are great commenters - but way to make a guy feel... more mortal? I didn't get the impression he's any more likely to drop dead tomorrow that he had been. I AM, feel free to correct me if I was wrong. Now I'm more worried about you than I was! Like Atheist Messiah, I'd hate for you to have to take time off.

I find it interesting the short path I took to find you. I have enjoyed the brief time I've had to get to know everyone here and at other blogs. For the little time I've been on the net, it has been wonderful. I'm looking forward to doing this for years to come. I hope your heart condition won't be a distraction to your work because it would be unfortunate for a star like you to burn out too quickly. Alas, it always seems to happen that way. I hope, at the very least, your physical problems will be a constant reminder of your and our mortality and it will be cause for all of us to try harder to get the most out of life and to give as much as we can in return.
