GOD or NOT #1
At long last, after much fanfare and anticipation, GOD or NOT is here! LBBP at Skeptic Rant (who came up with the idea for GOD or NOT to begin with) has done a fabulous job of putting the whole thing together. If you are interested in the subject of religion (and why would you be here if you weren’t?), I promise you that you will enjoy reading this exceptional batch of posts.
If you want to learn more about GOD or NOT, visit the Carnival Homepage. There you can see the schedule of upcoming carnivals and find all the guidelines for submitting work and/or hosting in the future. The next edition will be hosted by Chad at Eternal Revolution on November 7, when the topic will be “Proof,” so start sending in those submissions ASAP.
Carnivals are all about celebrating good blogging, so I think I can get away with including this link here. When you’re done reading the carnival, please take the time to visit Out of Respect, where DUB has written A Case for Public Schooling…, which is an enlightening and terrifying piece about the student handbook of the cult Christian school his daughters attend. I was so horrified by it, I wouldn’t let my wife go to sleep last night until I’d read it to her. If you need an incentive to read it, let’s just say that it involves beating children for “irreverence.”

Cool post. Ya gave shout outs to the homeys
I hope God or Not continues to blossom. I didnt submit anything from my own blog for the first one cause I didnt have any posts relevant to “sin.” But I have at least one post relevant to the topic “proof” so you can expect me to submit for that one, and of course all the other carnivals where I have a post relevant to the topic.
I also have been enjoying Dubs blog as of late. He writes very well, and I like the way he thinks.

Did anyone remember the Carnival of the Godless was yesterday? I read some of it, but didn’t see it promoted anywhere (including my own blog-yikes!)

To be honest, I haven’t been read COTG in a while. I don’t know why…
